Help Needed This Weekend

We've come a long way

• Reduced the number of units from 485 to the current 226
• Provided substantial opposition to the Matrix legal, engineering and land plans
• Organized participation and support at each public meeting
• Prompted favorable rullings from the Commissioners and Planning Board

But their is still a lot to be done

• Reduce the final number to around 150
• Minimize developed areas to reduce impact on flooding, sewage, and traffic
• Maintain oversight during the land development phase

The legal phase of our battle is an expensive one. We need your help to inform our neighbors about the issues at stake, the progress we've made so far and the importance of continuing to fund our effort.
