Which Vision Do You Share?

Will You Support CC4A and Our Efforts?

CC4A has spent countless hours and substantial dollars protecting the interests of local residents and the Township as a whole. We have fought the developer’s overly ambitious and unreasonable intentions for this important property.

To date, we’ve succeeded in downsizing their plans by more than 60%; joined Township staff and officials in questioning the number and type of units they had planned; forced the issues of protection and preservation of open space; elevated the importance of steep slope disturbance in order to prevent gross violations of existing Township ordinances; and demanded that the developer live up to the Age Restricted Zoning under which they propose to build.

This Monday, August 9th at 7:30 in Curtis Hall, the final round of Zoning Hearing Board sessions brings the engineering challenges to the Matrix plans in a head-to-head confrontation. Along with the Township staff, CC4A experts and legal counsel will demonstrate the reasons why this billion dollar development company has neither the justification nor the right to overdevelop, clear cut, violate, and ignore the rights and wishes of our community and Township.

We invite your presence and support at this important public meeting. And we again ask those of you who haven’t made a tax deductible contribution to do so if you share the CC4A viewpoint and vision for the Ashbourne Country Club property. To those of you who have given, we express our thanks and want to reassure you that your contributions have helped get us to this substantially improved position but…. we intend to see this through to the most favorable conclusion we can achieve as a grassroots community organization fighting a deep-pocketed and greedy developer.

Be there. Join us. Write a check to CC4A!
